About
The housing ministry is looking for a contractor to design and build 200 housing units in Milandhoo. It invited international firms to prequalify in April 2025 (tender TES/2025/W-043), extended the deadline several times and closed submissions on 16 June 2025; the tender then went to clarifications. It is separate from the 50 housing units contracted in 2022 and the 50 HDC flats contracted in 2025.
