You can use the guide without signing in. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps your IP address for a short time to block spam and abuse.

The site is served through Cloudflare. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.

Signing in with Telegram

When you tap Continue with Telegram, our bot receives your Telegram ID, first and last name and username, as Telegram shares them. We use these to sign you in and to message you about your orders. We set one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days.

Businesses never see your Telegram account. Messages between you and a business are passed through our bot.

Orders, bookings and tickets

• Whatever you put in a request (your name, phone number, delivery address, dates, notes and the items you chose) goes to that business so it can serve you, and is stored with the order.
• Payment slips you upload are sent only to that business and checked by our moderators if there’s a problem. We delete slips automatically after 90 days.
• The business’s bank details are shown to you only after it accepts your order.
• We never handle your money. Payments go straight to the business.

Reviews

If you review a place, your rating and text are shown publicly with your first name and last initial, after a moderator approves them. The business is told about it. You can edit or delete your review at any time, and deleting your data removes it too.

Listing your business

If you send your business’s details from “List your business”, we use them to set up its page and contact you. Your Telegram account receives the business login and, once it’s set up, order alerts. If we don’t add the business, its details and photos are deleted.

Photos you share

If you send photos of a place, they stay private until the business or a moderator checks them. Added photos are shown in that place’s gallery with your first name and last initial; the rest are deleted. Location and camera data are removed from every photo. Ask us and we’ll take any of your photos down. If you delete your data, photos still waiting are deleted and added ones stay without your name.

Reports and business claims

If you report wrong information or ask to manage a listing, we keep what you send, plus your contact details if you add them, so a moderator can check it.

Businesses

Business logins are created by our moderators. We store the account name, phone number, linked Telegram (if any) and a record of changes made to listings, so we can fix mistakes and stop misuse.

How long we keep things

• Payment slips: 90 days.
• Orders: kept so you and the business have a history, until you delete your data.
• Backups: up to 14 days.

Your choices

Signed in? Choose Delete my data below. It removes your sign-in, order history and slips. You can also block our bot in Telegram at any time to stop messages.
