The Maldives Police Service station on Kafamaa Goalhi, responsible for safety and public order on Milandhoo. Contact the station to report a problem or ask for help. It's about a minute's walk from Masjid Al-Eemaan, Ranfas Beach and Ranvilu Park. Groundbreaking for a new police station building took place in October 2025.

Homeland Security Minister Ali Ihusaan and Police Commissioner Ismail Naveen laid the foundation stone for a new four-storey station during President Muizzu's visit. Fenaka Corporation is the builder.
