The guide

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but opening hours, prices, menus, timetables and photos can change without notice. If something matters, check with the business first. Spot a mistake? Use Report wrong info on the listing.

Orders and bookings

• A request isn’t confirmed until the business accepts it. Businesses can decline any request.
• Your agreement is with the business. It sets its own prices and is responsible for its goods and services, refunds, cancellations and delivery.
• Pay only the business’s account shown after it accepts. We never ask you to pay Visit Milandhoo for an order.
• Ferry and speedboat times depend on weather and sea conditions, and operators may change or cancel trips.

Be fair

Please only place requests you intend to keep, give a phone number that reaches you, and upload genuine payment slips. Only share photos you took yourself, and leave out people who haven’t agreed to be in them — by sending a photo you let Visit Milandhoo show it on that listing. We may block accounts that send fake orders, spam or abusive messages.

Businesses

Business accounts must keep their listing, prices and bank details truthful. New or changed bank accounts are checked by a moderator before customers see them. We may hide listings that mislead visitors.

Liability

The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, Visit Milandhoo isn’t liable for losses from relying on listings or from dealings between you and a business.
