Government to take the island back
The Fisheries Ministry, which had leased Nalandhoo long-term, said the government would take it back for state use, together with Hd. Hondaidhoo and N. Minaavaru, and sought a valuation audit of the investments made on the islands. It re-advertised the audit in March 2021, giving priority to bidders from the region.
