About

SL Aluminium makes aluminium doors and windows to measure in its workshop on Milandhoo, and fits them. Front doors are its signature: bold frames with curved or striped panels in grey, black and white, often with a strip of glass, single or double. For windows it does sliding, hinged, louvre and fixed frames in dark grey or black, glazed in clear, tinted, mirror or reflective glass — blue, gold or green, which keeps rooms cooler and more private. It also builds aluminium-and-glass partitions for offices and shops, and supplies door handles, lock sets, hinges and closers. Whole houses are part of the work too: new homes on the island fitted with every window and door from the same workshop.
